Respacing FZR600 bike carbs

I've just bought a set of Fazer/FZR 600 bike carbs with the intention of fitting them to my 1600 Xflow.

Has anyone got any experience of respacing these carbs either for a custom made or 4DCOE manifold?

I have a feeling robocog has used these carbs on his pinto, might be worth a u2u to advice.
