What year was the T15 block for xflows made. I can't find own on the net and i have no engine number.

the t number relates to the porosity and quailty of the block not age, anything over 15 is good

IIRC the T number is the number of block cast from the sand mould. Moulds were used up to twenty times , each time they were used they lost a little sand around the bores which resulted in thicker bore walls more suitable for big bore conversions
