Hi Guys
I've got a 25mm hose that runs parallel to a 25mm chassis member, I'm trying to think of the best way to secure the pipe to the chassis
member. Any thoughts. It needs to ne neat and light! They're within a mill or two from each other.

figure eight with some zip ties?
Loose cable tie round the hose - ditto the tube. Third small one to tie them together like handcuffs - Pull this one tight first then tighten the first two - Gets you as close as the size of the body on the third tie...
Even neater

One tie clip round them both and then one inbetween them pulling the loop tight.
Pat...
Thanks guys
I'd thought of the cable tie option but not the tool clip option. I'll probably give both a try!

My experience with cable ties on the chassis has shown that they're bloody good at taking paint and powder coat off.
I'd always wrap some insulation tape around the chassis and apply the cable-tie over the top of it.
Another top tip is to buy the red-handled clippers (called Flush-Cutters) that Mike Brewer uses on his Westfield DVD. They're excellent at taking
the cable tie end off cleanly without leaving dangerous sharp ends that will scratch you.
Double 22mm plumbing clips ?
figure 8 with two P clips.

Hi for cutting the cable ties cleanly. Just grind the back face of the cutters flat.
