Ok, following on from the previous sparking issue post,
I have now discovered an error on starting up Megatune:
Contorller code does not match MSnS-extra.ini
Expected MSI/Extra format 029y3 xxx (found in ini file)
Received MSnS-extra format 029q (from controller)
Table corruption may occur this is usually a very seroius problem!!
Doesnt sound good does it?
Car cranks and gives a few pops on relese of starter button, sound like timing is MILES out to me.
Anyone help?
Anyone got a suitable format map for 2.0 zetec with dual coil drivers & throttle bodies.

You need to go into megasquirt config and select the correct version of the firmware installed in your ECU.There is a drop down menu that you select and then save the version in.You will need the megasquirt and spark extra settings.

So the Megasquirt has on older version of code than the current map?
And I change this from megatune?
