Anyone iknow where I can get a pull hydraulic slave, or a hydraulic to cable converter cylinder. I've seen them referred to for dissabled conversions but no mention of a supplier.

Wilwods do one. I've used them, from Rally Design.

Somewhere I saw a Transit pull type slave. Don't know which year it was, but was fairly modern.
