Will GSXR600 throttle bodies suit the 1.8 Blacktop Zetec?
Do you use the main injectors on the throttle bodies?
If so what do you do with the second set of injectors on the throttle bodies?
Any modifications needed?

I'm using them on a silver top work well.

Yes

I filled them with instant metal stuff.

You will have to space the T/B's to suit or get the inlet manifold made to take them as they are.

Manifold from some chap on e bay Can't find his info anymore.

I would go Emerald if I was to do it again
