hi just got some xflow lifting hooks on ebay and cant work out how they fit as there is no where they line up on my block the eyes are 711 and the engine is 711 .

Could they be from a fwd crossflow ? Maybe i am talking complete b*****s as usual

no idea - you just have to go roundthe blocks trying to line up the holes.

Try them against the manifold studs - that's where I put my home-made version anyway!

Pah, i just used the manifold studs and bent them in the process...... ah

The right hand one looks like it would fit the top 2 gearbox mount bolts, dunno about the other!!
