Following a manic winter of development we are now ready to go with the new RAW Fulcrum. Following the success of the Striker we have received a lot
of pressure to develop a new full bodied car with a modern look. AB Performance has been working with RAW to get the new car up and running and will
be campaigning a pair in the 2008 RGB series. We can now supply both the Striker and Fulcrum as complete kits, staged kits or turnkey cars. They are
available with a number of engine choices but obviously AB Performance will be concentrating on the Bike engine variant
new fulcrum
Car shown is Gary Goodyears new Fulcrum which he is running in this years 750mc Kitcar series (both of ours are at pipe builders at the present
ok that looks cool what price is the kit
Now that I like...... a lot!!! (with the exception of the front grill which i am sure could be inproved with a little thinking to suit my taste)
Any pics of the back??
Looking good though.
Looking good, as above think the grill could be slightly better, perhaps a similar shape to headlights if you get my meaning?
More pics on Raw's website. Not sure about the rear "boot" panel either now either - other than that it looks lovely!!
Raw Fulcrum pics
Been waiting for the pictures ever since you showed me the prints Andy, looking good, very good.
oooooooooooooooo I like.....
PRICES!
Yep , looks good in the flesh rather than the pencil drawing. Very nice especially the back end!
Is the front end as tall as it looks? Looks like it would be difficult to see past the bonnet!

Obviously final price depends very much on spec - shocks, engine choice instumentation and so on but for a base line figure
Standard chassis, bushed adjustable wishbones, front rockers, front and rear uprights, roll bar, all ball joints and nut and bolt pack is £1677 plus
vat
Bodywork looks to be set at around £1700 plus vat
I will have a detailed price list by the end of the week
regards
Andy
Nice
Is it a TR chassis with a body on it or a new chassis as well...And will it be eligible for the kit car class.

the first 3 out have been built on the TR chassis 1 for kit car class and 2 for RGB
Gary will drive the kit and Tim Gray and Neil Palmer the RGB C class cars, we wanted to keep the tried and tested chassis but give an alternative to
the 7 shape.
Modifications have been limited to an extended floor area to meet side of body and outriggers to support sides
Andy
mm, nice to see a proper car on the market (assuming it follows where sylva/raw have been before) and pricing looks very competitive.
How muich work on the grp to get it good, or are the moulds pretty good?
Should be good.... I should make it to a few races this year to watch and will look out to see how they go but if they are on the TR chassis
that's tried and tested for you.
Just one thing whats the design ride height?

The moulds were produced here at our sister company Applied Fibreglass. We were under massisve pressure to get a full set of body moulds and a
finished car out for Christmas eve and plug arrived on 2nd Dec!!!
We wanted to be able to provide a proper gloss gel finish so first week spent on 4 grades of wet and dry and polishing
next 2 weeks were spent producing moulds, body, taking pro plus, sleeping in shifts on the unit floor, wishing I had a sensible job and generally
p***ing the missus off by being absent for all but christmas day - when she was on shift!
But I like the new car!!
Forgot to mention if any of you guys make it to the RGB rounds this year pop your head in at our race truck (7.5ton green merc)- kettle always on and
its good to put faces to names

Nice job and in a small space of time....
Good luck with it.

Nice design!
Is it a classic 7 chassis?
Could we have some pics of the chassis?
You have been a busy boy haven't you!!
Looks a very nice piece of kit. Top marks to andy.
I like that a lot. seems to be several styiling cues fom the hard top Aepona though, or is it just my untrained eye seeing that?
Looks stunning now I have seen the second pic, the height of the bonnet line is rather exaggerated in the first.
I think this could be a big seller, will look forward to seeing it in the flesh.
Oh well i might as well be the 1st, doesnt ring any bells for me looks like a BMW z series on steroids. Front is hideous and makes the whole car look
out of proportion, sorry if i offend the designers but everyone to there own.
Just for the record i've only been drinking tea today
This car *NEEDS* a BMW M-spec straight six...
I saw this at cadwell last Sunday mainly in the rear view mirror for a second or 2 then it disappeared into the distance.
Looked superb went extremely quick and yes I want one.
