Hi all, has anybody used this http://www.americanv8engines.co.uk/shop/product_info.php?cPath=13_16&products_id=84 for their fuelling, if so how did you get make the hose union / block off the end?

Cheers,

Greg

You'll probably want some threaded hose unions, like the items on this page: http://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk/FUEL-SYSTEMS-Fuel-Unions/c26_158/index.html and an appropriate tap to make the thread in the rail. The other option is to use fitting with O-rings and make little fixing tabs to hold them into the ends of the rail.

To be a pedant, that fuel rail is not billet. Billet items are machined from a solid block (a 'billet' ), that fuel rail is an extrusion
