Hey all, just thought i would post a few pics of my coil bracket i made, took me all morning to cut and file using a pillar drill and hand file. a
local fabricator done the tig welding. im well happy with the result.

I'd be tempted to put a bit of extra support to prevent the bracket failing due to fatigue from vibration.
Cheers,

its got a full weld on top and seems really strong, but a couple of gussets wouldnt go a miss,
Ooo, a proper water cooled racing bracket. Niiiiiiice.

What's wrong with a couple of cable ties round that chassis member in the background ?
I'd either gusset it or (if getting more TIGing done is a pain) bend up a couple of strips into triangulating braces between the bolt heads on
the two parts of the bracket.
Looks very nice though
ye think i will do a couple of gussets. or like you say ben a strip should do the trick.
thanks
