Landy back propshaft

Anyone know if the landrover discovery back propshaft has a sliding joint in it? Just got my MT75 propshaft flange from Bailey Morris, and its the larger 27mm UJ fitting so looking for a locost way of building up a prop.

their just a Defender with another body

Thats what I used on mine.

Just make sure it slides freely, later ones have a nylon cover on the splines which is good, however sometimes the shaft below this jacket starts to rust causing the splines to lock solid.

I have some nylon sheathed landy propshaft ends if they are any use, removed from their tubes ready to be welded into new ones
