I'm looking for a "cheap" spare engine at the mo', after searching ebay
there's a cheap "FORD ESCORT 1.8 SI ENGINE 1995 N REG MK 5" very close to
home. Hopefully as he's not mentioned which engine it is or posted a pic,
it'll finish cheap, but the question is, is it a Zetec ?

After you've taken the engine out you should be able to get about £50 from a scrappy for the rest of the car!
