Evening,
Does anyone have any info on the ZVH conversions for the old CVH turbos? Trying to find some bit for a guy at work its for a S2 Escort RST! Ive found the ZVH build diary but nothing more than that no names or numbers!
Any help please??

Don't bother. They are a waste of time.

Taking the best bit off the zetec engiine and replacing it with the worst bit from the CVH - Madness!

Yep i agree. I had a zvh wayy back. The cvh head is a laughably inferior design to the zetec. nowadays you can get all the right parts to turbo a zetec no bother. unless you want to retain the head for originality... but you're better off going for a 1.9 low comp conversion on the cvh bottom end.
