Anybody recommend an air filter for the CVH engine

Carb or injection? if carb which carb?

K&N, Pipercross they all do bolt on filters for the CVH.
When i put a K&N on my XR2 all those many years ago i did suffer from carb icing, probably not a problem with the hot engine bay of a 7 but if you do get icing just run a 2" pipe from the exhuast manifold to the filter, you dont need to box it in as enough hot air mixes with the cold to just raise the temp enough.
