what kind of job is it to fit the filter next to the tank it has some plastic clips on each end

Press the 2 clips in and pull. Some fuel will run out (so don't do it while smoking). Its just whats in the pipes and filter but it won't siphon from the tank. Put your finger over the end when you pull the other end off to stop the filter draining completely untill your clear of the car.

Five minute job if you take your time. Connectors can be undone with pliers and there's one bolt. System is pressurised. Run engine until it stalls after removing the fuel pump relay first.
