F27 broke down!
gregf27 - 12/6/08 at 12:11 PM

Just got back home from bein recovered after the f27 xe started spluttering and then conked out at a roundabout, only been travelling about ten, eleven miles and the car started to struggle on the fuel delivery side of things, almost as if it was misfiring.
When I braked the revs dropped right down and it stalled.managed to limp to a car park, went to re-start it after it had cooled down a bit, and there was no "clicking" sound from the pump, and the fuel filter fitted between it and the tank was empty!!
I guess fitting a motorbike fuel pump was a bad idea to feed the weber 45's!
What facet redtop model will I need to get??
guess I will justify the cost by saying its a fathers day pressie
