Hi, does this engine have a immobiliser coded key and how easy is it to bypass this if its not supplied.

Offer the eng. but unsure if the looms complete don't what to be suck with a engine I can't ge running.

Yes they do have an immobiliser fitted

The 05 should have the K.I.S.S. system .

There is a firm that can do it but its not cheap. (track day electronics or some thing ?)

Usa ecu's didnt have it.

03~ early 04 would just have the anti hot wire system that just needs a 100 ohm resister t byass.


There is a bloke in the usa that sell a kit to reprogram the standard ecu's but thats not simple either.
