Have you considered Minisport/Powerzone in Padiham (nr Burnley) top blokes for Minis and it is my favoured rolling road for our race Locost. They've recently installed a new roling road complete with all the computer trickery to give you lovely computer printouts of what is going on - and the guy who does it, Rob Waddington, apart from being a realy nice bloke, has also built race winning Caterham, FFord and Rally engines so knows what he is talking about.

I have no involvement with them apart from being truly impressed with what they do

John Hardman runs the 'North wales rolling road' ( I think thats correct) in Garden city just outside Queensferry and he's on 01244 831670. He can be a bit of a moody bugger and usually is dead busy with rally cars (especially this time of year) but he certainly knows his onions. (unless of course that is one of the two you know which has closed down - I haven't been since this spring) The other one I've heard good things about is the Rotary engine specialist in Northwich but I can't remember its name.
