As per title really, I'm not happy with the hydraulic pull cylinder set up and looking to go cable. Anyone made their own? what did you do for
nipples (waits for the obvious replies), screw, crimp, solder etc...
Any help advic.....
Cheers.
can you not just use a standard cable, they come in so many different lengths it doesn’t seem worth trying to make a new one. What's up with the
hydraulic setup?

I bought a universal clutch cable kit off ebay for £6...
Comes with a long length of inner and outer and a bag of nipples...
Just fit it to length and solder the nipples on...
Hopefully it will last for a while!
sounds good for £6
The hydraulic set up needs the cylinder to move slightly side to side, to compensate for the actuating arm's arc. Not a problem, but as the pull
rod passes through the MT75 box's cable anchor hole, it can chafe, not ideal. So I though I'd try a cable before lopping the lug off the
gearbox.
I guess the other alternative is a scorpio hydraulic clutch box... any one got one FS?
£6 cable kit sounds good...
I didnt realise you had an MT75!!! The universal kits are for bikes.....much smaller cable size!
