Zetec cam cap bolt settings and cam belt tensioner/idler bolt torques...

I now find both my Ford AND Rover cd's are in the special 'safe' place .....

Morning Steve. info from Haynes manual.

Zetec cam cap bolt settings / stage 1 10Nm stage2 19Nm.

cam belt tensioner up to 4/98 38Nm 5/98 on 25 Nm

Timing belt guide pulley (idler bolt ? ) 38 Nm.
