Hi,

I am in the process of upgrading my zetec cams to the 130 bhp ones and and looking for some advice. Do the caps of bolts need any sort of threadlock or sealant? Or is it just simply a case of refitting the caps and torquing them down in the correct order?

p.s. if anyone wants a set of standard (105/115bhp) zetec cams in good nick then feel free to make me an offer...........

Cuz with them just being M6 it's very easy to strip or snap them.........
