On a set of twin 45s how do you adjust the air intake to balance the carbs.
I have the flowmeter set up and can take the readings but my detailed instructions then say; ' adjust the balance mechanism between the
carbs' and I am not clear what that is.
Idiot proof guide please
Thanks
Gary

The section on Dave Andrews site is very good at explaining this...
Look under Setting the Idle and slow running
Here
Hows the rebuild going?
Are you working on the car today? - I fancy a blast out somewhere...

Have u2u contact number
Car back in action. Using older bonnet (damaged in an earlier but less damaging fire!) and everything more of less cleaned up.
Got a pair of twin webers from a friend locally so after taking the head off to remove melted fibreglass and extinguisher powder, I'm back to
primitive technology. The interesting thing is that with different jets than before the thing goes much better. It was almost worth having the fire
(almost),
Cheers
