some form of suitable inlet and exhaust manifolds

it is likely that you will have to chop the sump (if its going in a 7 that is)

and some way of controling igntion

Gonna be using bike throttle bodies?? If so then a fuel pump from the same bike might be a good idea (and might influence the design of your fuel tank)

Sump (and oil pickup pipe) will likely need shortening (steel pan so not too bad), You'll probably want to consider a lightened flywheel, suitable starter motor / clutch / alternator etc. Bogg Brothers for an inlet manifold maybe??
