want new iginiton leads, read in pinto tuning manual that using supressed plugs(most are i think) and supressed leads isnt always a good way to go as it can cause misfire in tuned engines. apparently using supressed plugs and copper core non supressed leads is a much better way to go. all well and good but ive looked at magnecor and others and all seem to be carbon supressed leads. to protect radio signal but i ant got a radio so i dont care!! where can i get copper leads from? and do you agree with the manual? it is for a points igintion system by the way
If its still to go through SVA then it needs supressed leads.

so are you just guna make your own leads up then? are you a believer in the copper core igntion beating the carbon i take it?
i've heard the carbon ones are hard to make up and breakdown easier IMHO

ahh i see, but what other parts do you require to make up the copper leads and how do you make them?
not heard about that ^^^ but don't all production cars use carbon leads? they seem to run ok.
