Hi All

I'm trying to find what a suitable shift point and rev limit should be for my 2.0 litre Zetec. The engine is stock, but with a lightened CVH flywheel, twin 45's and an Emerald management system.

Anybody got any ideas?

Mines the same spec. I've got the shift light at 6800, soft cut at 7100 and hard cut 7300. The power does start to tail off after 6500 so only really need cut off to stop over rev in 1st and 2nd.
