Fuel Tank, whats the crack?!

Is this fuel tank any use?:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2455040915&category=1294

obviously its on the small side, but apart from that can anyone think of any complications, either SVA or general use?

thanks!

I think the handle on the top might give it away as not intended as a permanent feature , especially not in a car either !!
Sorry

Is that about four gallons ??
if so every time I moved my car off the driveway, I would need to fill up

my old tank was just over 5 gallons, and that was to small
after some modifications to the tank, that now includes a reserve sump, that will mean that i can use all of the fuel down to the last 1/2 pint, and the total useable fuel will be 6 gallons 7 pints

This should make going to kit car shows much easier, than stopping at every other garage
