5VY SVA Map & Speedhealer adjustment

Ive finally got my SVA date sorted for 23rd Feb. W00t!

im just going over final details, and 2 things i need are an SVA map for a 2006 5VY engine, if anyone has a backup of theirs it would be most appreciated.

Also i need to work out the calculation for my speedo healer.

My car is:

2006 5vy engine
sierra 3.38 open diff
15" rear wheels with 205x50 r15 tyres

does someone already have the adjusment value for this worked out?

Thanks all

no worries
one thing i've just thought of is i've got 05R1, i think maybe the gearing might be a little different to the 06

i was given a 03 map that i had to change on the laptop while i was doing the emissions test. i didn't save it as i didn't think i'd be doing it all again! doh

i can send you the 03 map that i've got if you like, but you'll have to play around with the low throttle positions

Thanks a4gom.

What calculation did you use to get that figure?

i used the bec gear calculator (available on here)
First to calc your top speed in the car in 6th, you will need to put your tyre sizes in the custom tyre boxes.
I then used it to work out the top speed on the actual bike in 6th. You have to put the bike tyre size in the custom tyre size 190/50/17 and add an extra row in the data tab for the "bike diff" this is 45/17, the ratio of the cogs, as far as I can see thats the only differences between the two applications.

Then ((Bike top speed-car top speed)/bike top speed)*100

I think thats it, this is of course only a starter as it doesn't allow for rolling circumference only the theoretical circumference based on tyre size.

Mines going to be somewhere in the region of -39% until I get a better diff sorted
