Weber 32/36 Carb and air filter

hi guys,
do u rackon this vould fit onto a 1.8cvh engine
Weber 32/36 Carb and air filter
and how much of a difference in performance would it produce?
i would be looking to upgrade to a 1.8zetec next year and does anyone know wheter it woulf fit into a zetec without considerable work?

I fitted a Weber 32/36 DGV to my 1.8CVH with the aid of an adaptor plate and a bit of grinding on the inlet manifold.

It is quite an improvement over the little standard Pierburg ,also the second choke open when you push the throttle NOT after the vacuum has built up i.e. Much more responsive.
