how to plum my xflow!!

hi all,

just a little confused as to how to plum the cooling system on my cross flow. I havent got a blowermotor to worry about and im using twinwebbers. My radiator has an overflow pipe, my thermostat housing has a cap fitting on it,a large pipe to the rad and also a small pipe above it. Do i need a header tank and which bits need a pressure relief cap on them

I did a sketch of mine once. It's somewhere in this link http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/viewthread.php?tid=13152, with a load of other opinions.

regards
