Are there any Borg Warner T5 Guru's in the house?

Hello all,

As titled, is there anyone that knows (or know of anyone that knows) these gearboxes inside and out including all flavours from different cars. If you can help please U2U me as i have an in depth question im praying someone can help me with.

Also does anyone happen to know (can they measure) the input shaft length and let me know the number for splints on a T5 taken from the Ford Cosworth.

Thanks in advance.

Chris

Nice one, is the Jeep box World Class? Think it might be to early?

Cossy ratios

1st: 2.95
2nd: 1.94
3rd: 1.34
4th: 1
5th: 0.8

I dont have a T5, i have a 4x4 box, was going to make a hybrid using a 2wd mt75 and the 4x4 cossy box but decided not too.

My input shaft is 180mm from the bellhousing mount flange and its a 10 spline. As far as i know jeep never used a WC box

my code is 1352-077, is your box from a sierra? it should have the suffix 134, 174 or 184 all WC boxes. if its from a TVR it should be 248

All have the followong ratios
2.95
1.94
1.34
1
0.8

I had a look on Turbosport and none at the moment but there are some on ebay but it depends on how much you want to pay.
