GSXR TB's and ST170 manifold

Evening All

I have a set of what i believe are gsxr 750 throttle bodies....
and an ST170 bare manifold (no injectors or fuel rail),
do i need ST170 injectors and fuel rail

I have searched until my eyes are bleeding and still not really keen on doing this myself

Is anyone willing to mate the TB's to the manifold for me.
if so how much would it cost me....

Those are GSXR 600 throttle bodies.

Mating them to the ST170 manifold is very starightforward.

If you send me your email by U2U I will send you a guide I have done with Pics which will give you further info.

You should be ok with the 600's will be more drivable at low revs unless you want out and out BHP.

Yes the K1's are the ones you need.

if you want to run ford injectors in the manifold and not use the bike injectors you can fit standard focus fuel rail and injectors, the advantage is that the rail comes with its own pressure regulator, the st fuel rail uses a computer controlled regulator which needs some adapting to work.

thanks for the reply...

I dont have the ST injectors but do have the ones that came with the donor engine (from a 2.0 mondeo)

how do I seal up the holes in the TB's....

I have read I need to remove the secondary butterflies, is that right

you have bought my tb from ebay cheers do you need the airfilter parts that fit on the back
yes you need to removed the secoundary butterflys on my car i use chemical metal to fill the holes if you have use of a lathe you could make up some nice plugs to go in the holes
you will also need some longer treaded bar to help respace the bodies and some washers to go inbetween them
