bmw intake manifold removal help
its actually for my tintop i have a 3 series bmw with the 3l 24v straight 6 in and i have a nitrous kit fitted but upgrading to direct port so need
the manifold off to drill the holes
i know the bmw engines are becoming sort of common doner engines so was hoping someone may have pics or some help before i start the job

It's pretty easy, I've done this on E36 328. There's an amount of plumbing to disconnect but nothing massively difficult. Have a

Were there any bolts under the manifold that you remember mate

Yes, it's held down with a few m6 bolts either side of the TB (but more underneath)

yes mate wizards of nos kit when its done it will be jetted to around 125hp and there is methanol injection drilled right into the throttle body
i was quite supprised nothing was hard to remove or hard to work out there was just lots of it to remove before anything happened
i found that tis manual once but couldnt find it again after that for some reason must have been typing the wrong thing into google
