Air Filters

I'm currently building an airbox for my carbed blade to quieten it down. Air filter will be remote mounted on flexi hose, 75mm inlet. Anyone have any experience/opinions as to which will be the better/least restrictive filter? I'm guessing the mushroom will be more akin to the TTS sausage filter I'm replacing, and that the cone filter will be more restrictive - is that a fair assumption?
