Raw striker k series engine

Hi all

Got my car back from having dry sump fitted and now got some issues,

Previously the engine mount was to the sump, wrong I know as it was a cast sump as well so not a good idea,

The people who fitted the sump kit etc made a engine mount to replace it and now I cannot fit the bonnet on way out about 40 mm,

I purchased some lower engine rubber mounts but still no go, so looks like it's making some new engine mounts,

My question is I will line the engine up to the best position then make the mounts to fit, but what is the best able for a k series engine, as long as the sump is flat or angle of the engine? That I'm not sure about, any help on this welcome if not I'll just wing it I suppose,

Thanks

Sean

Personally I would use the sump to dictate angle. I assume there is a pickup point for the scavenge
pump of the dry sump system ? This needs to be at the lowest point, so if it's to one side angle the
engine slightly that way, if it's central then the sump should be flat.
