Zetec/cvh sump baffling

having searched here and elsewhere I am now scratching my head wondering what to do.
I have the CVH sump, tweeked to it fits the zetec with the correct pickup. Now, what should I do to baffle it. The car will see trackday use, but probably not reach the lateral g-forces encountered with most kits (it is going in a Triumph Spitfire) however, I want to avoid any potential issues. So, any nice, simple instructions ideally with pics? Pleeeese

NB
Just seen this Ford Sierra 1.8 CVH Sump & pick up Pipe for Zetec Conversion For RWD , NO RUST | eBay
and my sump has not got the fitted plate. I presume it is a factory item?
Would making one similar, maybe with a couple of vertical plates, be suitable?

All the 1.8 cvh sumps Ive played with have that baffle. Its spot welded in place and not easy to remove.

Christ is that what they are fetching these days ?

Don't fret, mine was rather cheaper!

I am a bit miffed that it is missing. Still, should be easy to re-create. Was thinking of adding plates that almost reach the bottom of the sump (corners cut off etc) to create a "box" around the pickup. Not too close though, and try to shape the large plate to direct oil into the "box"

Horizontal baffles stop surge, vertical ones only work with trap doors!
