Anything can be made to fit, it all depends how much you are prepared to get stuck in, and build, rather than bolt together a kit. There are
cars with pretty crazy engines on here - V8 a plenty, a V10 Viper engine etc. but I can't think of a V12 powered car.... Do it!

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a
car that you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes
and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.

Whilst you could fit a V12, the question should be whether you should! A said, with a scratch built car, anything is possible. But you'll
turn a nimble little arrow of a car into a lumpy great drag car. Although if that's what you're after, then go ahead! Personally I
wouldn't do it, but that won't stop me wanting to see the finished car if someone else does.

Indeed, IMHO you'd end up with an ENGINE on wheels rather than a car with an engine which is good to drive.

Sounds like a perfect drag car - Stick some turbo chargers on it too
Just don't expect it to corner too well...

Sorry to be a stick in the mud.
Your idea sounds great in the pub but in the cold light of day it's a really pish idea.
It's not that I want to put you off but building an unsellable money pit is great if your name is Leno .
Your project will start great and end up on the bay as unfinnished.
Seen it happen many times over the years.
Chapmans ethos still rings true today.
For speed build light.
Putting stupid v12s in to a seven is about as daft as you can get
Unusable in any form other than a straight line. And never out of second gear
You are better building a gt40 wit a chassis that has downforce aero rather than a seven
Rant over go waste your money

Every day is tough
Sticking a ships engine into the seven is like those stupid t buckets that you risk you life in every time you go in to second gear
get a light engine and put it in a light frame get it sorted by pro comp and you have a winner......
the v12 makes a great table ....
