That is a bit awkward isn't it as like you say it means you mean to be able to access the bolt from above.

Cant you chop the bits off?

not sure how easy grindingfh e bits off as they are part of the steel that is set in the rubber. I have a design in mind so i can access the bolts at the top, it will just involve a small cutout in the engine mount tube..
