Which bike throttle bodies to use??

I have a blacktop zetec and will soon be thinking of fitting throttle bodies.

I have 38mm throttle bodies from a zx6r and also throttle bodies from a gsxr1000, which I think are 44mm.

My instinct is that the gsxr1000 will be better but I am worried that the 2 injectors per port wil be difficult to setup.

Any thoughts as to which to use. I will have to get a manifold from Danst so once I decide, that's it.

I used Gsxr 750 srad tb's on a st manifold with ST170 injectors i blocked the injector holes on the bike tb's and used just the st injectors in manifold

i would imagine the 1000cc would be better than the zx6r as there bigger if i remember mine are 44 mm

bin covered alot of times if you put in the search bar ...

Haha, thanks

Are the bodies respacable GSXR? As early ones are all splittable whereas later ones are a pair of castings that can only be split in the middle. I'd probably go with the bigger ones anyway as they wont do any harm and the secondary injectors can be blanked anyway (so dont let them be a reason to put you off). Most people just epoxy them up.

I'm looking at putting together a 'respace kit' for GSXR1000/1300 bodies, its still work in progress but if your bodies are individual I may be able to supply.
