Engine for a Seven
I´m building a "chapman 7" and have a problem...
Ive been offerd to buy two different engines and can´t decide which one to buy...
It´s one from a Celica 2,0 -77
and one from a Fiat 124sport
Which one is to Prefeer?

FIAT....Fix It Again Tommorow! what size engine is it? is it the TC? if so you will need to make sure you have enough height in the car for it, the
Celica...ok but why not go for a Toyota 4age 1600? much better engine.

The the toyota 1600 is not very common i sweden....

well if youve got toyotas then youll have the 4age somewhere, its the engine im hoping to use.

corolla 1.6 16v, such as the gti's and gt's. also youll find it in the old 1.6 mr2.

cos the corrola is 130 bhp and the celica is 150 on 20bhp more but the celica is a lot heavier plus u r gonna have difficulty finding the right
gearbox for the celica
i could have bought a celica for 50 swuid thats runs perfectly but because of this decided not to
but at the end of the day its up to u
ps. the celica is a 3 sge engine

It doesn´t seems that the 4age were sold in sweden
