Zetec sump ID

Hi everyone,

Just got a new blacktop zetec and it has come with the following sump.

Any ideas what one it is?

Looks like a modified CVH, possibly diy. Marginally shorter with the wing added to retain capacity.

Its a Retro ford sump for the likes of the ford Anglia and the mk2 escort ect.

Early ones are a modified cvh and latter ones where made from scratch. I don't think they make either now ? due to being hard to make oil tight, much like the cvh

Thanks guys.

Will a standard blacktop oil dipstick and tube fit in it?

I doubt it, looks like quite a wide tube. Again could be CVH as IIRC it has a rubber tube that slips over a tube on the block.
