S2000 again!

Has anyone successfully shortened and baffled a standard sump? From what I can make out there is only 30mm between the zetec engine and the s2000 on standard sumps. I'm going to be running a modified type 9 with the s2000. How much height can I gain with the mk bonnet with a bulge?

some info here on sumps and contact for dry sumps, etc,

Also ref the bell housing how low that fits?

but if you go type 9 you should be ok,

Mk Steve fits easy under the scoop but not a huge amount of ground clearance,
