NE engine builder?

Im looking for a machine shop engine builder who knows his salt when it comes to installing some very expensive pistons an rods....

I want to take the block n crank along and get him to tell me what size pistons, order them for me and machine the lot to fit with the aim being a reliable 8.0~1 for 350bhp....

Amac engineering in Northallerton built my Pinto eight years ago and it's still going strong. They've also done two Honda engines for my son's racing cars. Not cheap, and he takes his time, but does a good job, imo.
