If your going to have it rebuilt its worth saving up and having the longer 1st gear put in
BGH are cheaper than Quaife and also do case and layshaft modifications for improved oil flow
I eat to survive
I drink to forget
I breath to pi55 my ex wife off (and now my ex partner)

Have to say one of the best mods to my car was a BGH long first box but if you want a standard rebuild I can recommend A1Gearboxes in Eaton Socon
near St Neots

Have to say the BGH box in mine with the right ratios totally transformed the car, It just stayed in the power band and was great to drive

Does this mean it's really £530 for a rebuilt modified Type 9?Confused!
