Throttle cables

The throttle cable on the megabusa feels a bit 'sticky'. I've remade the mechanism and rerouted the cable to minimise curvature but it's still not how I'd like it. Are all throttle cables born equal, or is there a brand or type that's superior on the friction front?

Thanks,

Adam

I used the universal type off eBay that have a separate Teflon liner
Cable is more flexible than push bike cables but they work as well

Presuming it's got some additional type of return spring added?

Is it that that's causing it?

Otherwise how clean is the throttle linkage/springs etc on the bodies?

May need cleaning and lubing

It does, however when removed it struggles to return. Linkage all seems friction free. I'll try and track down a cable with a separate liner.
