Gasket sealer
As per the title can anyone recommend a good gasket sealer please?

Blue Hylomar or loctite instant gasket are my 2 favorites.

Thank you. My biggest concern is for the metal to ally gasketless joint on my black top zetec sump.

Some manufactures call for a specific product for metal to metal faces.
May be worth giving your local ford parts dept for a recommendation.
I doubt it would be any more expensive than buying sealants in the likes of halfrauds.
Sure one of the Zetec gurus will give you the best product to use.

I've used this on my sump -
Ali to steel on a blacktop
Loctite Black sealant and not had
any problems
Also available from Halfrauds for £6

Yes the Black Loctite sold be most motor factors is suitable I have also used the Grey Loctite for a couple of Nissan gasketless sump joints.

Loctite 5926 is very good.
