Oh no. you'll need cams ecu and some decent exhaust system too. But I think everyone Knows that.
But you won't get 190 without the porting.
The engine will go to 170-180 with our porting on 45's equal length 1/5/8" headers and lightened flywheel.

How does a lightened flywheel affect the power output?
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation

Oh dear. . .
I didn't say it did. Just mentioned that it had one in that engine.
But now that you mention it. If the sum of the engingine parts that rotate are made lighter and well balanced the engine will be able to rev quicker
and higher ( simplified version) and longer.
if the engine will do the same amount of work higher up the rev range the power figure goes up too. It's all in the maths.
