Urgent help please

Can anyone tell me if the 1.3i cooper engine is just an A+ with injection or is it different?
Can they be modified ok?
I know this is a bit OT for here but I hope you guys can help

Might be, just found a 1.3i engine on ebay with a keft gearbox (would want to put straight cut box on it anyway)
goes out in an hour and is at £31!!
if it will take a mini 0-60 in 11 sec at 650-700kg should throw a terrapin at 350kg quite well dont you think?

I've just had a look, look like an A+ with a single point injection unit bolted on - I would say go for it, the way steel prices are going, in a couple of weeks it could be worth that as weighed in scrap! Just the ancilliaries are worth the money

Are you building a Terrapin? I got the book for Christmas, what a great read! I'd love to see some pictures.
