Not often my EXACT location gets a name drop. Except when traffic is bad and lorries decided to nearly crash off of overpasses!
I can't help you much though, sorry.
I use Mr Clutch in Crayford industrial estate. They let me sit in the the car while on the ramp so I can give petals an extra hard push or twist
switches so they work properly. They also tried several meter settings on the emissions machine to make sure it matched the loose ones on the V5, it
failed quite a few times.
They were as good as you are going to get in my eyes, and for me I actually want a legal and decent MOT. It's the only time someone else looks
at my car from a safety point of view.
Track days ARE the best thing since sliced bread, until I get a supercharger that is!

I'm near Dartford and use Quinn's Mot Centre just by Brands Hatch:
Unit 4 Blue Chalet Industrial Park TN15 6BQ West Kingsdown
Paul the chap who runs it gets some interesting cars in and seems a nice guy. He did my Sylva Leader last year, without any drama.
