Fuel rail?

Any one made their own fuel rails?

What material have you used?

I'm after some 15 x 15mm steel box section or similar but can't find any any where.

Even checked out the office furnture to see if there is anything I can cut up!

expensive option I know, but I did notice that Homebase are selling various strips, tubes, extrusions and box section. You may be able to find it there!

Alternatively try a local welding/fabriacation company for an offcut.

Is this of any interest:

Please let me know if you decide to go this way or find a UK supplier as I would be interested in some too.

Cheers,

Colin

what about using some hollow ally tube (homebase, b&q, maybe model shops) and using that diy ally welding stuff with a blow torch to make the fitment bits for injectors etc?

Ned.
