Facet Solid state fuel pumps

Evening All!

I'm just wondering if anyone knows much about these fuel pumps? Specifically, do they have to be mounted flat, or can they be mounted on the vertical surface, with the flow direction in an upwards direction?

should be fine mine used to be mounted with the base a 45 degrees.
